With our Career Support Program for new therapy graduates, you’ll receive one-on-one support from one of our experienced clinician mentors who specializes in your field. They’ll help you navigate your first assignment, so you have a successful start to your professional career.
Plus, you’ll be eligible to receive $1,500 in tuition reimbursement if you complete three assignments!
We’ll Connect You with a Mentor
Once you enroll in the Career Support Program, your personal recruiter will connect you with an experienced clinician mentor before your first assignment. This seasoned professional will provide one-on-one support, share their firsthand knowledge of travel healthcare and offer personalized advice.
You’ll receive three 30-minute virtual coaching sessions with your mentor during your first assignment.
Pre-Assignment Session
The first session will help prepare you for your first assignment, address any anxieties, and develop your goals.
Mid-Assignment Check-in
The second session will take place midway through your assignment to review your progress, answer any questions, and focus on your professional growth.
End of Assignment Session
The final session will take place toward the end of your assignment to evaluate your professional development and how to carry it forward in your next assignment.

Nicole also partners with DPT programs to offer free travel therapy info sessions covering jobs, pay, timelines, and what to expect as a new traveler. She’s passionate about helping emerging clinicians build confidence and take their first steps toward a successful travel career.
