Eligibility
Benefits are available to eligible full-time employees who work 30 or more hours per week and their dependents.

Enroll for Coverage within 15 Days
During onboarding, you’ll receive an email with a link to enroll in benefits. You’ll need to complete your enrollment—or formally decline/waive coverage—within 15 days of receiving this email. If you miss this window, you will not be eligible for benefits until the next open enrollment period, unless you experience a Qualifying Life Event (marriage, birth of a child, loss of other coverage).

Insurance Effective Date
Coverage begins on the first day of the month following your actual first day of work. If your first day of work lands on the first of the month, your insurance coverage begins immediately. If your start date changes, your insurance effective date may also be adjusted accordingly.
