To ensure each traveler is fully prepared for their assignment, we require them to complete an annual skills assessment. This self-evaluation helps confirm core competencies and specialty-specific knowledge - so facilities know they’re getting a qualified, confident professional.

This assessment includes:

Color vision screening
Comprehensive core competency checklist
Medication exam (for LPNs and RNs)
OSHA healthcare safety training
Specialty-specific exam

Background and Drug Screening

Background and Drug Screening:

We conduct comprehensive background checks and drug screenings to ensure safety and compliance with company and facility standards.

Health & Immunization Records

Health & Immunization Records:

We collect and verify all required health documentation, including immunizations, testing, and physicals. Required exams and vaccinations include:

Physical Exam
Hepatitis B
Varicella (Chickenpox)
MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella)
TB Screening
Flu Vaccine (renewed annually)

Performance Evaluations

An annual performance evaluation is completed by your recruiter to keep your profile current and highlight your strengths. This review is based on feedback from your assignments and helps ensure you're set up for continued success in future placements.
